RedirectURI not working in Freshdesk

Hi,

We are trying to integrate Freshdesk with the Xero integration so we have created an developer app for it and generated client Id and client secret with redirect URL (“https://oauth.freshdev.io/auth/callback”) configurations but we are facing an issue in redirection and we can not able to proceed with further steps.

Could you please give us an solution to solve this issue?.

Hey @Gokul_Chakkaravarthi,
Can the redirect URL for the app are -

Testing: http://localhost:10001/auth/callback
Production: https://oauth.freshdev.io/auth/callback

This error occurs when you publish the app or during local development?
