Is there any push api for tickets from the freshdesk dashboard… If please let me know as soon as possible.

I am asking about push apis which can be used for ticketing in the freshdesk dashboard.

My apologies if I didn’t get the use case right.

  1. If you mean push by pushing data from Freshdesk to outbound channels using Omnichannel interface then this is the API for the same.
  2. If you mean push by creating tickets on Freshdesk via API then this can be used for same
  3. If by push you mean bulk update on the tickets then this is the API
