Is there any push api for tickets from the freshdesk dashboard… If please let me know as soon as possible.

I am asking about push apis which can be used for ticketing in the freshdesk dashboard.
My apologies if I didn’t get the use case right.
- If you mean push by pushing data from Freshdesk to outbound channels using Omnichannel interface then this is the API for the same.
- If you mean push by creating tickets on Freshdesk via API then this can be used for same
- If by push you mean bulk update on the tickets then this is the API
