Request API - Error in Establishing Connection 502

Hi,

One of my customer facing an error while validating Woocommerce credentials on FD as shown in the screenshot

It seems like this is occurring because on postman it shows “Unable to verify the first certificate”, SS

Any Solutions?

I don’t have much context on this, but can you try with the below-suggested solution?

Yeah, I have gone through with the solutions on stack-overflow but the server is not on my side it’s on the customer-side so, I only suggest the solution to my customer.

Could you please confirm because of this certificate verification error I am unable to verify credentials on Freshdesk right?
