Request for a bunch of enhancements to fdk

  1. fdk <command> --suppress option to run fdk commands without manual intervention. To avoid having to manually answer the question on whether to upgrade to the latest version of fdk.
  2. fdk publish in order to be able to publish the app via CD.
  3. fdk <command> --silent to run fdk commands without sending output to console.
