The IT department at our company uses the Fresh Service ticketing system for inquiries/request from other departments. I’m in the Business Intelligence department, and was recently tasked with building some reports for IT using data exported from Fresh Service in the form of csv files, after which the data from the csv files is integrated into our data warehouse.
The problem I am having is with the data from the Fresh Service Surveys export. The rows in the export are generated on the Question granularity (there are two questions in the survey IT uses), but there is no exportable field for the question itself. There is also no exportable field for the survey ID.
This is difficult because we cannot guarantee the quality of this data entering our data warehouse as we are unable to set a proper primary key for these rows. There is an Associated Ticket ID but we can’t use that since there are two rows for each Associated Ticket ID.
My questions/requests are:

Can we get more exportable fields like the ones I mentioned previously?

I can’t be the first person to bring this up so if (1) is not doable, then what are other solutions?
