Request for Integration Documentation – VoidFix Gateway with Freshworks CRM

Hello Team,

I’m looking to integrate my SMS solution, VoidFix Gateway, with Freshworks CRM. Could you please share the relevant documentation or guidelines for integration?

Additionally, I’d like to explore the possibility of listing VoidFix Gateway on your marketplace, enabling users to select it as their SMS provider as VoidFix Gateway in place of Twilio.

I’ve reviewed the entire document and understand it well. My question is: is it possible for my customer to use VoidFix Gateway as their SMS provider? In other words, can all outgoing SMS messages from my customer be routed through VoidFix Gateway? I’d appreciate your thoughts on this. Thank you!
