From my custom installation page, I want to call a SMI that will make a http request using Request Method. On platform version 2.2, it used to work, but is not working anymore on version 2.3.
ps: I know that I can make a request directly from custom installation page, but I want it to be done on server side due some other concerns.

I could see that the app code is using the request method with the old app client script, can you try this 2.3 migration step in iparams.html and see if the request call works? - documentation link
