Requesters auto-populating Company field for Change Requests

I would be great if we could make Changes Requests behave consistently to the rest of the application.

Our Change Requests are visible to our external customers, however when an Agent raises or associates a new Change Request for a customer, no requester/contact information appears in the list. You can only select an agent name.

However, if you manually type in the external clients email address, only then does the company field get populated automatically.

It would be fantastic and a game changer for an Agent to select the required requester/contact and the company field is populated automatically. This would save the agent so much time and frustration if this was all automated.
