Resolution notes for bulk closure

Hi Team,

While closing the tickets in bulk we need below fields to be filled in which are mandatory.
Priority, Agent, Resolution Notes.
But as per current feature we have only drop downs available in the bulk update option. we do not have any text fields. could you please update the tool with resolution notes available in the bulk update a we cannot leave the resolution notes empty.

Currently, it is not possible in the bulk update, but let me check with the product team and get back to you!

We cannot bulk update a text field for tickets, but the field can still be marked mandatory through business rules, which wouldn’t let the user close the ticket until the he/she adds data in the field.
