We are working on Freshsales integration. As part of the integration we are logging call activities in the Freshsales UI. However on Freshsales dashboard UI multiple activities are getting logged even for 1 activity. Even if there is only 1 sales activity created, the same is updated 3 times showing on the UI. This leads to the user being unable to locate the activity . Are we missing something here in terms of APIs?Any workaround for this? please suggest.
We will need some insight into how you create these sales activities? It is a External app that makes POST API calls?
