Sample of custom configuration HTML page using request templates

I am attempting to make a Freshdesk API call from a custom iparams.html page. All the samples include the whitelist argument which is being withdrawn in July 2023.

Please can you provide an simple worked example of a call to a third-party application using Request templates. I have tried to call client.request.invokeTemplate, but I get an error to say that invokeTemplate is not defined.

Under version 2.2, I used whitelistings and made requests using the client.request.get method, which has been withdrawn. There are examples of using this approach in the samples area
