Schedule a Reply to a Ticked

Schedule a Ticket reply or email to be sent later, for a specific day and time or during the next business day,
Also, the ability to edit it would be excellent.
I know many companies would still send replies using their email platform because of this feature when they should be using Freshdesk to reply.
