Send daily mails to a requester via a custom app (Freshdesk)

Hello Community,

We have a use case where we have to send mails to our vip customer about changes and details about their tickets daily. We need to send a table containing these datas, so using automation would not fit the need.

What would be the best and/or native way to send mail to a customer via a custom app on behalf of the helpdesk admin or the helpdesk default support mail?
