I need to set contact details on the new ticket page (see 1st screenshot) using the client.interface.trigger("setValue", ...)
. But in the docs, I see that there is no contact property in the list of fields that can be set (see 2nd screenshot). Is there a way to set the contact info from the API? And is there a way to fill in the fields that appear after clicking the “Add new contact” button?
