Is it possible to Share a Ticket via the API? I do not see the ability to do so in the API documentation.

Maybe you could create an auyomation using workflows:
Depending on what you need it could be a dropdown or a checkbox, depending on the value you could create a private note with the public link to the ticket. Would this be acceptable?
