I’m looking for best practice/guidance to extract Freshsales data into Snowflake in order to create Top of Funnel reporting.
We are replacing our existing CRM system with Freshsales. Currently we connect directly to Snowflake using CDC. Going through the developer documentation there is little mention of Reporting APIs or direct connection to the Freshsales databases.
I would appreciate it if anyone has advice on how to do this at scale, or point me in the right direction. Apologies in advance if I have missed an obvious documentation link!
