Status stuck at “Publish in Progress” app ID 351038

Hi Freshworks Developer Support Team,

I submitted a private (custom) app, the app id: 351038 for our Freshsales Classic account

In the Marketplace > Custom Apps dashboard the status has remained “Publish in Progress” for more than 12 / hours, and there are no error messages or logs indicating the cause.

Could you please check whether the package is waiting in a queue, requires manual intervention, or failed any silent validation step?
If any action is required from my side (e.g., manifest correction, additional information, or resubmission), let me know and I will address it promptly.

I’m having the same issue with my app. Did you find resolution on why they app is stuck on Publish in progress? Mine has been that way for roughly 3 days. Didn’t know if this process just took longer?
