Hi Freshworks Developer Support Team,
I submitted a private (custom) app, the app id: 351038 for our Freshsales Classic account
In the Marketplace > Custom Apps dashboard the status has remained “Publish in Progress” for more than 12 / hours, and there are no error messages or logs indicating the cause.
Could you please check whether the package is waiting in a queue, requires manual intervention, or failed any silent validation step?
If any action is required from my side (e.g., manifest correction, additional information, or resubmission), let me know and I will address it promptly.
