subjectChanged event in Freshdesk - Freddy knows

Hello,

I want to fetch something out of the subject field in the New Email window in Freshdesk.
According to documentation, there is no event when subject changed:

But Freddy tells me the following:

Unfortunately, the event, which Freddy suggests does not work. So it seems that the documentation is correct and Freddy wrong.

But does Freddy already know something about upcoming features?
Should I maybe wait a few weeks/months and we then have a subjectChanged event in new email window?
