Submission cancelled in Custom APP

I want to create a custom app that can only be used in my company on freshdesk.

I had filled in the information to the “app information” and “media and installation”
After clicking “save and publish”
The system shows successfully uploaded

The application code appears to be built on an outdated fdk version.

We recommend migrating your app to the latest platform version using the migration guide or Freddy Copilot.

thanks for your information, i already update using v2.3.

could i ask quick question to you? is possible to create app that automatically change some string from reply draft (ex. {{greeting_time}} or {{thanks_response}}) to another value when someone click reply and its running in backround?
