By default we get settings tab in app installation page. Can we add another tab beside settings tab?

Welcome to the community 
The contents of the Settings tab pertains to the App Installation parameters. You can make use of standard iparams and custom iparams to customize its contents to any extent possible. However, we do not have extension capabilities at the Settings page-level to add or modify tabs. It is by design.
