The is a Serious Data breach with Freshworks Tickets and emails getting sent everywhere

I've been getting Freshdesk client tickets sent to me at random even though I have never had anything to do with FreshDesk, I don't know what they have done wrong, but its been going on for months and there is no way for me to contact them to ask them to stop so I've had to do it here.

Dear ‘Proxmox Mail Gateway’ via u1,

We would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket has been created. A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a response. We aim to respond to all tickets within 48 hours Mon-Friday, this may take longer at busy times of the year.

VERY IMPORTANT - Please do not send chaser emails as your ticket will get refreshed to the date of the chaser and it will then automatically go to the back of the queue and cause delays.

Please only raise one ticket and keep your conversation with us on that ticket, multiple tickets opened for the same order can cause confusion and delays.

I’ll email support some of the other more worrying emails they are sending out from the other customers.

I’ve email the support team, no reply, no acknowledgement.

I think this is a dead project, I’d find alternatives if I used this for work.
They don’t care about them sending thousands of customer emails to random people on the internet, Image how a client feels when they find out this has been happening.
