Ticket Export issue in Freshservice

Hi,

When I tried to export all the tickets in FreshService, the total ticket count seemed to be changing also when I checked the total count of the data in the Excel and the total count in the view page the numbers don’t add up.

I guess the total count is messed up.
Can anyone confirm this?
