Sorry if my question makes no sense as I am new here
I’m working on PowerBI to fetch the data from the API and create reports out of it. I’m Working on tickets and Time Entries from Freshdesk.
I requested Tickets which responded me with past 30 days of data. I requested Time entries which returned me some data.
Now my question is I noticed that some of the Ticket Id from the tickets can’t be seen in time entries.
Is there a reason for this or do I misunderstood anything here.
