Transferring Public Notes to an Endpoint in Freshservice using automation

Hi Team,

We have a requirement in Freshservice to transfer public notes to an endpoint. To achieve this, we attempted to use a webhook trigger within the automation settings. While we used the “last public comment” field, we observed that it transfers the reply instead of the public note.

Could you please assist us in identifying the best approach or possible solution to ensure public notes are successfully transferred to the endpoint?
