Trying to access Attachments on XML export getting an error message. trying to export all attachments from freshservice

I’m trying to access all the Attachments we have and export them from fresh service and store them locally.

I tried getting the XML export, when I try and access the attachment_url its giving me an error “missing key”

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

Missing Key-Pair-Id query parameter or cookie value

I tried all methods and even the different keys,

has anyone came across this or is there a better method to get all attachments from freshserivce?

I really apperciate all the help.
