Tying Freshdesk Forum accounts to my PWA

As a business we are looking to transition to freshdesk for our customer support needs. One of the big wins that freshdesk gives over our current system is the user forums.

With the new Online Safety Act in the UK requiring more heavy handed content moderation, we were thinking of tying creating accounts to existing accounts on our main product. Is there a way in the API or in any of the plans to limit who can creates an account in the freshdesk forum to only a specified list of email addresses?
