My app was under review, and I recently received a response stating that the app has been rejected. However, there were no comments provided, just a ticket URL.
My app ID is : 192152
The ticket URL mentioned in the email is asking me to log in. I have tried using my Freshsales account credentials but was unable to log in. I also attempted to reset the password, but I did not receive any password reset email.
Hi @ud123 , the app has received a few suggestions during the review process. The reviews can be found in the relevant Freshrelease ticket.
We typically grant access to the Freshrelease portal to both support and alternate contact email addresses provided with the app submission. You should have received an activation email to log in with those credentials. We have resent the activation email, so please check your inbox or spam folder and sign up for the Freshrelease portal to view the review team’s feedback.
