Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue with the Freshworks app modal when using the showModal interface method. When I reduce the modal height in Freshdesk, the scrollbar automatically hides. However, in Freshservice, the scrollbar still appears as a tiny bar, and I’m unable to hide it completely.
Has anyone encountered this issue before or found a way to resolve it? Looking forward to your insights!
