Unable to install the custom app in the Freshservice sandbox.
The custom app has an external event and works as expected locally. However, when deployed in the sandbox, the installation fails. I can’t identify the error, except for the pop-up message: “There was an error during installation. If this issue persists, please contact support.”
I can see from the HAR file that the response from the App Setup Event is failing.
Can you recheck your app setup event to see whether all the branches are responding with a renderData() callback for success and failures, as per the documentation?
