Unable to install the Marketplace app

Good day,

One of our customers is attempting to install the Freshservice monday.com Integration from the marketplace.

While installing the application, the app encountered the below issue. refer to the screenshot and content below.

There was an error during installation. If this issue persists, please contact support.

This is the manifest.json file

In this file, we didn’t register the onAppInstall. So There is no problem from the code level I hope. Could you please check from your end to resolve this problem?

Could you please help with this? The customer was waiting on this.

Thanks for raising the support ticket.
Here’s the summary from the support ticket:

  1. You have tried to install a paid app in a sandbox account in your Freshservice account.
  2. Freshworks Marketplace and the billing team checked and confirmed that the paid app installation is not available for the sandbox account and to check the same in a trial or production account. A paid app trial is also not available for the sandbox account.
