Unable to login to freshdesk developer portal, i am trying to upload an custom app

I’ve created a custom app that I’d like to upload to Freshdesk. As per the documentation, I tried accessing the /developer page from the Neo Admin Center, but I keep encountering the following error after redirection:

I also tried accessing it from the Agent portal by going to Admin > Support Operations > Build Your Apps > Build It Yourself, but I’m getting the same error there as well.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

I’m not sure why this is happening, but there are a few ways to access the developer portal from your Freshdesk instance:

  1. From the top navigation bar, click the Apps button at the top right near your profile. This should redirect you to the developer page.

  1. Or go to Admin Settings > Apps > Manage Apps > Go to Developer Portal.

I to encounter the same issue, Its still persisting. Just go to privacy and security settings in you chrome browser.
Click Three Dots at the top right.
Open Security and Privacy settings and check if block all third party apps are selected.
If selected please unselect it and try again.

Though i tried this process i am still facing the issue.
