@ManiDeepak_Vandrangi We have added some custom sources, but I can’t get their ids from the API. I expected to find them using the /api/v2/ticket_fields endpoint but I came across this issue. Any ideas how to solve this? For now I’m hard-coding the id, but I’d much rather get it from the API :).
