Unable to sign up for Freddy Copilot beta

I’m trying to sign up for the Freddy Copilot beta but I get the following error “Something went wrong!”. Could someone please help?

I tested the page and could not reproduce it at my end. Can you try again and check, If the issue persists can you share the network call details with us to debug this scenario further.

I was able to sign up but for some reason the issue persisted for a couple of days. Thanks!
