Unable to update user properties in Freshchat using REST API

Hello,

I’m trying to update the user properties using REST API and it’s giving me status as 202 but the properties are not getting updated. Earlier it worked but suddenly this is not working. PFB screenshot for quick reference,

and it didn’t reflect in Freshchat as shown below

Hi,
Once the REST API call is made, the page has to be refreshed to reflect the custom properties. If the number of unique user properties > 120, it won’t be added.
