Unable to view the logs

I Am unable to view the logs of my app which was launched in marketplace.
I’ve also logged the response in console.
Could you assist in knowing with the same. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.

Could you please share the app _id for which you are looking for the logs.
We need to have this information to fetch and see the logs in backend.
