Our application is running live on Market Place, but now that our account has expired, we need to update the application.

Please let us know how to proceed.

You can request for extending the trial of your existing product account in our dev-assist portal here. Once your trial gets extended, you should be able to proceed with updating your app.

Do you happen to know why you couldn’t access it? Is it because your account’s trial subscription is expired?

Yes, Our subscription has expired.

Were you using a paid account previously?

No, Our account is a Free Trial account.
