Updating Ticket Fields of Archived Tickets in Freshdesk


I want to update the ticket fields of the Archived Tickets in Freshdesk. Is it possible to update the Custom ticket fields of the ticket through Core API after it is Archived ? I dont want to trigger new ticket creation for updation in Ticket fields.

Any Update on this please ?

Hi @arshath.h,

Archived tickets are read-only tickets. There’s no API to update the ticket fields.
So, it is not possible.
