Urgent: Freshdesk and Freshservice Apps Upgrade to 2.3 version

Hi

We have migrated the apps to 2.3 version

Our apps are successfully published to the marketplace

But now our customers has started facing the below issue

How can we resolve this?

I believe this is same as Urgent: Freshservice Apps Upgrade to 2.3 version throws error, so continuing the discussion in the same thread instead of duplicate replies. :slight_smile:
