Urgent: Freshservice Apps Upgrade to 2.3 version throws error

Hi

We have migrated the apps to 2.3 versions and it throws domain white list error

Our apps are successfully published to the marketplace

But now our customers has started facing the below issue

How can we resolve this?

Hey @devopsintegrationio,
Can you share the app details? Also, the error is not from platform version 2.3 as it doesn’t require you to whitelist domains in manifest.json.

Can you confirm if the customer has updated the app?

The error is happening on the app update or revalidation of the credentials if we install the new app then the error is not happening
