Usecase: To view tickets at agent level (non-admin) outside of a group.
We have an App that allows agents to assign and unassign themselves to some predefined groups(pre configured )
FD native behavior is that once the agent exits a group, he can no longer view the tickets in that group
Is there a workaround to only view the tickets even when one exits the group
