We are currently maintaining the Email-Chat-Transcript app available in the FW market place.
The app uses the node package - @freshworks-jaya/freshchat-api for getting the messages for transcripts. The getConversationMessages function has a messagesLimit key as an option which is currently set to 200.
We’d like to know what is the upper limit for this.
Please note that there are multiple users raising issues that the complete conversation is not transcribed.
