What is the minimum pricing plan required for custom app development in Freshservice?

Under Freshdesk Pricing, we can able to note that Custom App will be available from the Pro plan.
But for Freshservice we can’t able to find this information on pricing or any article.

Could you please confirm and update the minimum Pro Plan required for Custom App in Freshservice?

Here is what we learned

• Users signed up in or before 2018, custom apps can be published starting from Blossom Plan.
• Today, custom app development is support starting from the starter plan itself.
