What webhook should i select to get event on message create, on outbound message and on placing internal-note ? can you suggest me anytime around this

We want to build external app. For that matter, we need to listen webhook events when conversation ticket created, when message created in ticket, when internal-note placed by agent.

Can you please guide me to select exact webhook calls ?
