Workspaces Support

See that the documentation for workspaces has been added, but there are a couple of questions:

  1. Is there a way to move tickets from one workspace to another? Creating a ticket [Service Desk API for Developers | Freshservice](https://api.freshservice.com/#create_ticket) supports a settable workspace Id, but Update [Service Desk API for Developers | Freshservice] https://api.freshservice.com/#update_ticket_priority) indicates the workspace_id is read-only.
  2. Is there going to be an endpoint for workspaces? There is not method to see workspace_id allocation or the friendly name of the workspace programmatically? Draft state?

Guess I’ll answer my own question. From a Partner webinar just attended, they Dev team is about to release Workspace endpoints. They are working on another endpoint specifically to support moving tickets from one workspace to another.

Thanks for sharing the update back here, @rasimm. We received a few queries about the Workspaces endpoints, and now we will ask them to wait till the endpoints are ready.
