Just started to look at this and I am getting the error '‘C:\Users\robla/.fdk/addon/addon-1.14.2/locations/common_locations_to_product_mapping.json’ when I try to run the fdk. This file appears not have been installed with the 9.1.0 version of FDK.

@RobAtOpinyin - How about we try deleting .fdk folder completely, and try running fdk again?
