We have developed CTI integration for RingCX with Freshdesk. We want some information on app deployment process at freshworks marketplace.
We wanted to confirm the requirements for app deployment process.
Sandbox account to test our application.
Code access for verification (only relevant parts where we are using Freshdesk SDK or Freshdesk API).
Please let me know if there is some other requirements
If this is an SDK app that needs to be listed on the marketplace, you would need to upload app zip as part of the app for the review process. The details of the process can be found here.
The submitted app zip will be used for code review.
For external apps, we will have QA review team take a look at the application where we will require access for relevant team members.

We are integration our application and have used SDK for some of the flows (such as redirecting to customer page). We will share the zip with you.
To test the application, you need access to RingCX application. Can you share the email id which we can provide access to?
And how long will the access be required?
