Attachment URL - Access Denied

Pulling the attachment URL from the v2 API, but then getting access denied when using it. Link is not expired as I’m getting it right before trying it. Other links to attachments on same ticket are working.

Determined the issue is with parenthesis in the file name. Not sure about other special characters, but this causes an issue with the URL opening.
