Cannot render CTI app on left_nav_cti in Freshworks CRM

I am trying to run CTI pop up app in Freshworks CRM. I have tried appending “dev=true” to the URL. I am getting notification stating “FDK Serving the Local App”. But app is not rendering in the
global navigation bar.
Could you please update me whether running CTI from local environment supports on CRM?
