Can't read parentNode - ticket_top_navigation location

Hi,

I’m trying to create a custom app for the “ticket_top_navigation” location.

But I’m constantly getting the following error when I’m clicking the app icon:

I’ve also cloned the sample app - marketplace-sample-apps/Freshworks-Samples/Freshdesk/timer_on_tap at master · freshworks/marketplace-sample-apps · GitHub

But even the sample app gives the same error when clicking the icon.

Can anyone help me to understand why this error is occurring?
