KrispCall is currently integrated with Freshsales, and as part of this integration, we have implemented a native dialer within the Freshsales interface. However, we are currently unable to view the dialer.We wanted to check whether this could be related to a recent change on our side. We have recently implemented Casdoor as the authentication layer for our dialers and integrations, and we are wondering if this change could be impacting how the native dialer is rendered or authenticated within Freshsales.
We would appreciate some thoughts or any clarity on whether this setup could affect the visibility or loading of the dialer.
